JosNoe Medical was founded by John Temple to bring high-quality, reliable medical products to physicians, healthcare staff, and patients. Throughout John’s career, he has designed elegant solutions to complex problems. He is a serial entrepreneur who began his career as an engineer with a focus on manufacturing, automation, quality improvement,  product design, and product launch. John built upon that foundation to begin designing, manufacturing, and selling effective medical devices. John previously founded Midwest Medical Company, which was acquired by C.R. Bard. That experience further fueled his passion for healthcare and medical product innovation, and so John started JosNoe Medical.

JosNoe Medical is an FDA-registered company that specializes in safe, high-quality, reliable surgical products. We provide best-in-class products for laparoscopic procedures, such as anti-fogging scope warmers, filters, and insufflation tubing sets.

The JosNoe team has deep experience in healthcare, engineering, product design, manufacturing, logistics, and regulatory compliance.  With a full-time quality auditor on staff, JosNoe puts a huge emphasis on the quality and safety of our laparoscopic surgery products. Our products are all 100% free of latex and DEHP, making them a safe choice for use with high-risk patients such as pregnant women and children.  JosNoe Medical holds multiple issued and pending patents. We also successfully received 510(k) FDA approval on products.
